And, even if you feel like you have things under control, it's easy for the little things that bring us joy, or the meaningful parts of our routines, to fall by the wayside. All of a sudden we feel like we're drowning. This article was written to help you think of ways that you can manage your mental health, and provide a few resources that you can contact if you need help.

ReWired is a free group that runs for eight weeks, exploring a range of topics related to the experiences of guys who PnP/party. You'll learn some tools or strategies that can support you to reflect and make changes.
Group intakes are currently available in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and online.

Among the many... 'flavours' of homophobia, the 'Straight Pride' supporter is one of the more bizarre. It's risen in popularity in recent years as certain groups of people have come out against a supposed "_____ Agenda" (pick one: gay, queer, trans, woke... you get the idea).
It can feel incredibly offensive, disrespectful and invalidating to be told that a majority group deserves pride and celebration (as if they aren't already every day) alongside, or even more so than, a marginalised community that you belong to.
